Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis or related field, or within a year of completing it.
• BCBA certification or eligibility to pursue BCBA certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides support, consultation and direct intervention in social skills and behavior management.
• Leads remediation planning for students with academic and behavior problems.
• Establishes rapport and communicates assessment/therapeutic information clearly.
• Communicates with parents and teachers about strengths, weaknesses, and needs.
• Coordinates services between school, home and community agencies.
• Serves as liaison between Office of Special Services and school personnel.
