Job summary

Self Enhancement, Inc. is hiring an In School Service Coordinator to implement the SEI School-based Program at a specific school site. This full-time role reports to the Program Manager and supports 25–50 students with instructional and advocacy duties.

The coordinator builds strong relationships with students and families, conducts class sessions, coordinates activities, and maintains records. Requires flexible hours, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology or related field.
• Two years of college plus two years of youth-facing experience may substitute for education.
• Excellent writing skills and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Develop bonding with SEI students and parents using SEI's Relationship Model.
• Provide classroom instruction and tutorial assistance; monitor attendance and progress.
• Serve as liaison between SEI students and school staff; attend conferences and staff meetings.
• Coordinate SEI program activities with SEI Parent Coordinator; supervise extracurriculars.
• Prepare monthly narrative program reports and required documentation.
• Manage purchases and expense reports; ensure timely credit card submissions.
