Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, behavioral health, or related human services field; OR related degree with two years of behavioral health experience.
• Qualifying experience includes recovery/resiliency-focused services and treatment plan objectives.
• Illinois-specific qualifications may apply for IL-based clients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver school-based behavioral health interventions aligned with individualized treatment goals.
• Support coping strategies and daily living skills in students.
• Coordinate care with schools, families, and providers; document progress.
• Manage caseload, ensure timely, person-centered services and documentation.
• Provide crisis intervention and outreach for missed appointments.
• Conduct home visits and community outreach as needed.
