Job summary

Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, Inc., is hiring a Therapist to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to children and families in North Carolina. You will develop treatment plans, provide individual, group, and family therapy, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic, client-centered care.

Licensed clinicians must adhere to regulatory standards, maintain documentation, and stay current with best practices and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
• Must hold one of the following licenses in the state of North Carolina: LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA or LCASA.
• Experience providing evidence-based mental health care to children and families is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients.
• Develop treatment plans in collaboration with clients and families.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy and crisis intervention when needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of interactions and treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.
• Connect clients with additional resources and support services.
• Participate in outreach to promote services and attract new clients.
