Job summary

Health Connect America seeks a licensed therapist to provide high-quality therapeutic services, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support clients' mental health and well-being. The role emphasizes trauma-informed, client-centered care for children, youth, and families.

You will conduct biopsychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individual, group, and family therapies in North Carolina, with a focus on coordinated care across our network.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Human Services or a related field is required.
• Must hold one of the following licenses in North Carolina: LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA or LCASA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and create individualized treatment plans with clients and families.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family sessions.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans; provide crisis intervention when needed.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of interactions, treatment plans and progress notes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and participate in treatment meetings.
• Connect clients and families with additional resources and support services.

Education

Master's Degree in Human Services or related field

LPCA, LCSWA, LMFTA or LCASA license in North Carolina
