Job summary

Pinnacle Family Services, part of Health Connect America, is seeking a Therapeutic Behavioral Aide in Charlotte, NC to provide direct behavioral support to individuals with developmental and emotional challenges.

You will work with families and treatment teams to implement plans, deliver interventions, and promote independence while upholding safety and compassionate care across our trauma-informed, client-centered approach.

Qualifications

• You'll provide direct care and behavioral support to individuals with developmental, behavioral, or emotional challenges.
• Experience with behavioral plans or de-escalation techniques is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with families and treatment teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions and support daily living, social, and community skills.
• Assist individuals in developing self-directed, appropriate behaviors and internalizing social responsibility.
• Support group and individual activities, promoting engagement and skill acquisition.
• Collaborate with treatment teams and families to implement behavioral plans and reinforce progress.
• Maintain client safety and provide guidance using evidence-based reinforcement and de-escalation techniques.
• Document services, progress notes, and required records accurately and timely in accordance with company standards.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and supervision to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
