Qualifications

• Active Ohio license (LSW/LISW/LPC/LPCC)
• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in school, office, or mental health settings
• Experience with children, adolescents, and families
• Ability to implement behavioral strategies and interventions
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced therapeutic environment
• Commitment to trauma-informed, culturally responsive care

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with children and families.
• Facilitate structured group therapy within Day Treatment program.
• Provide individual therapy based on treatment goals and client needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans.
• Implement Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) and interventions.
• Utilize crisis de-escalation strategies when needed.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with standards.
• Communicate with parents, guardians, and school personnel.
• Participate in weekly clinical supervision and case consultation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care.
