Job summary

Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is hiring a School-Based Therapist for individual therapy in Cincinnati, OH. This full-time role supports children and families through diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and counseling in diverse settings.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field from an accredited institution
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience working with children and families
• Active licensure required: LPC, LSW, MFT, PCC, LMFT, or LISW
• Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and Office applications
• Strong documentation and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Responsibilities

• Deliver individual, group, and family therapy in both office and community settings
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop client-centered treatment plans
• Provide crisis intervention, stabilization, and ongoing case monitoring
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation in line with agency and licensure standards
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners (schools, healthcare, courts, etc.)
• Attend staff meetings, required trainings, and maintain licensure requirements
• Utilize culturally responsive approaches to support diverse families
