Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a full-time School-Based Therapist (Individual Therapy) in Cincinnati, OH to provide diagnostic assessments, individualized treatment planning, and counseling services to children, families, and caregivers. Responsibilities include delivering therapy in school and community settings, conducting assessments, and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of one (1) year clinical experience working with children and families.
• Active licensure required: LPC, LSW, MFT, PCC, LMFT, or LISW.

Dynamic Compensation Ladder

We believe your clinical career should grow with you. Our Therapist Ladder Program recognizes professional development, clinical excellence, experience, and licensure while providing a clear path for career advancement and increased earning potential.

Therapist positions start at $50,000 annually, with compensation increasing based on licensure, experience, and career progression through the Therapist Ladder Program.

Level 1: Therapists begin at Level 1, with opportunities to advance to Level 2 within 6–12 months, based on experience, performance, and productivity.

Level 2: Eligible therapists can earn a $500 monthly performance bonus by meeting established performance and productivity goals.

Level 3: Following attainment of independent licensure, therapists may apply for Level 3, which includes eligibility for a $1,000 monthly performance bonus.
