Best Point Education & Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, skilled, and mission-driven Therapist to support youth and families through a combination of Day Treatment programming and individual therapy services. This role follows a school schedule with school breaks off.
This position provides an opportunity to make a meaningful impact by delivering individual and group therapy, supporting behavioral and emotional development, responding to crisis situations, and helping children achieve their treatment goals in a school-based environment.
The Therapist plays a critical role in creating asafe, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and client-centered environment. This position works closely with families, school personnel, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, monitor progress, and ensure high-quality clinical services.

Starting salary: $46,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Includes school breaks off, working a 10-month schedule.

This position works across school and mental health treatment environments and involves direct interaction with children experiencing behavioral, emotional, and mental health challenges.
Employees may be exposed to shouting and clients who demonstrate verbal or physical aggression. The position may also involve exposure to blood, vomit, and other bodily fluids.
