Job summary

Glade Run Lutheran Services in Zelienople, PA (Seneca Valley School District) seeks licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW or LMFT) to join the expanding school-based program. This full-time role offers school-hours, comprehensive benefits, credentialing assistance, PTO during the school year, up to 9 weeks summer PTO, and a $6,000 new hire incentive with productivity incentives.

You're responsible for intake, treatment planning, therapy provision (individual/group/family), timely notes,

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in counseling with a clinical practicum required.
• Professional license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) required; credentialing preferred.
• Clearances: PA State Police, PA Child Abuse History, and FBI clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes for school-based clients per outpatient regulations.
• Develop measurable treatment plan goals with clients and guardians.
• Complete treatment reviews per outpatient regulations.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as indicated.
• Document progress notes referencing the treatment plan.
• Collaborate with psychiatrist and school-based supervisor regularly.
• Participate in supervision and professional development.
• Enter clinical documentation in EMR in a timely manner.
