Glade Run Lutheran Services is recruiting licensed mental health therapists (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) for its expanding school-based program in the Pittsburgh area. Join a growing team delivering individual, group, and family therapy in collaboration with school districts.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a counseling related field which must include a clinical practicum.
• Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) required and credentialing preferred.
• Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the clients and to perform essential job function.
• Must have emotional stability to perform essential job functions.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations with agency personnel and community agencies.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes for assigned school-based clients in accordance with outpatient regulations.
• Develop measurable treatment plan goals with the client (and guardian when indicated).
• Complete treatment reviews in accordance with outpatient regulations.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy as indicated in the treatment plan.
• Complete clinical progress notes in a timely manner and reference the treatment plan.
• Consult with designated psychiatrist and school-based supervisor regularly.
