Glade Run Lutheran Services is seeking a part-time School-Based Therapist to work primarily in school settings across multiple counties. You will conduct intakes, develop treatment goals, provide individual/group/family therapy, and maintain EMR documentation in compliance with outpatient regulations.

Qualifications include a graduate degree in a clinical discipline, PA licensure preferred, and the ability to work collaboratively with families, schools, and district personnel.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in a recognized clinical discipline with practicum.
• Foreign degree equivalency evaluated by AICE/NACES acceptable.
• Licensed clinical discipline (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) preferred; professional license not include LSW.

Aufgaben

• Complete intakes with psycho-social assessment, initial treatment plan and consents.
• Develop measurable treatment goals with clients and families.
• Complete treatment reviews per outpatient regulations.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy as indicated.
• Maintain timely clinical progress notes with references to the treatment plan.
• Consult with designated psychiatrist and school-based supervisor regularly.
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities.
• Collaborate with school district personnel as indicated.
• Meet agency productivity requirements.
