Job summary

Glade Run Lutheran Services seeks licensed or license-eligible therapists to join its expanding school-based mental health program. The role supports students across multiple counties, with licensure supervision and credentialing assistance provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a clinical discipline with practicum experience.
• Professional license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) preferred; licensure required or eligible.
• Equivalent foreign degree evaluated by CHEA/AICE/NACES accepted.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes for school-based clients per outpatient regulations.
• Develop measurable treatment plan goals with clients and guardians when indicated.
• Provide individual, group and family therapy as indicated in the plan.
• Complete clinical progress notes referencing the treatment plan.
• Coordinate with psychiatrist and school-based supervisor for quality service.
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities.
