Job summary

Glade Run Lutheran Services is hiring a Licensed School Based Therapist for the Young Scholars of Western PA Charter School (Healthcare) in Pittsburgh, PA. The role focuses on intake, treatment planning, and delivering individual, group, and family therapy within a school setting.

Eligible licensed clinicians (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) may receive a new hire incentive, with a flexible schedule that requires at least 6 billable hours per week and on-site work at the charter school.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling or related field with clinical practicum.
• Professional license (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) required or credentialing preferred.
• Ability to conduct psycho-social assessments and treatment planning.
• Experience providing individual, group and family therapy.

Responsibilities

• Complete intakes and psycho-social assessments for school-based clients.
• Develop measurable treatment goals with clients and guardians.
• Provide individual, group, and family therapy as indicated.
• Maintain clinical documentation and progress notes in EMR.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and school-based supervisor regularly.
• Participate in supervision and professional development activities.
