Job summary

Glade Run Lutheran Services is seeking a Coordinator - Licensed School Based Therapist to work primarily in a school setting, overseeing intake, treatment planning, and ongoing therapy. The role requires current licensure (LPC/LMFT/LCSW), a Master's degree in counseling, and experience with children/adolescents.

Position offers full benefits, school-hour calendars, credentialing assistance, and a $4,000 new hire incentive; productivity incentives up to $2,000 annually possible.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a counseling related field; two years Master-level clinical experience.
• Professional license (LPC, LMFT, LCSW) required; credentialing preferred.
• One year of supervisory or clinical lead experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with schools.

Responsibilities

• Triage and assess emotional/behavioral concerns in a public school setting.
• Develop behavior management plans in collaboration with school staff.
• Provide individual and group therapy as clinically indicated.
• Keep accurate and timely documentation of all therapeutic activities and plans.
• Coordinate referrals to outpatient clinics and psychiatric evaluations.
• Oversee interns and participate in supervision.
