Job summary

OhioGuidestone is hiring a Licensed Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for a diverse caseload across telehealth and in-person locations in Ohio.

The role supports individuals, families and groups, with supervision from Clinical Supervisor/Manager, and requires licensure (LSW/LCDC III, LPC, MFT or equivalent). The team emphasizes belonging and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Effective interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Flexible; able to work days/evenings/weekends as needed.
• Effective computer literacy, Windows, EHR systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, therapy, and counseling to adults, adolescents, and families.
• Deliver individual, family and group counseling and psychotherapy.
• Document treatment plans and progress notes.
• Maintain therapeutic relationships with clients and families.
