OhioGuidestone in Cleveland, OH seeks a Juvenile Justice Mental Health Therapist to provide diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy for adults, youths and families. Services may be delivered via telehealth, office, or community settings under supervision.

Applicants need LSW/LPC/MFT or higher, or a relevant master's with experience; strong communication and documentation skills; valid Ohio driver license.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in social work or counseling or related field.
• 2 years' experience in social work or counseling with a relevant Bachelor's degree.
• Proficiency in documentation and electronic health records.

Responsabilités

• Provide individual, family and group counseling to a diverse caseload.
• Develop and review Treatment Plans after initial encounter and subsequent progress notes.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and coordinate with supervisors and partners.
• Work in a hybrid community-based setting and respond to crises as needed.
