Job summary

National Youth Advocate Program (NYAP) in Circleville, OH seeks a full-time Therapist to join the STAR, School Based Team. You will provide counseling, advocacy, and support to youth and families, with the goal of safe community living.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, licensure as per state regulations, and a valid driver’s license. Position offers competitive pay of $58,500 plus a productivity bonus and generous benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field.
• 2 years of direct service experience with youth and families preferred.
• Valid advanced professional license as required by state regulations.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family mental health services and case management.
• Travel to deliver community-based services for youth and families as needed.
• Complete documentation timely and meet productivity thresholds.
• Coordinate and monitor services across mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social domains.
• Establish and maintain relationships with foster families and families of origin.
• Support family reunification and stable living arrangements.
