Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is seeking licensed Speech‑Language Pathologists for the 2026–2027 school year in Seattle, WA. The role covers school‑based services across districts with on‑site, full‑time work and opportunities for collaboration with educators and families.

You will assess, plan, and deliver therapy, participate in IEPs, and stay current with best practices while receiving mentorship and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active state SLP license in the state of application.
• CCC from ASHA or eligibility for CCC.
• If applying from another state, hold active licenses in both states.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments to identify speech, language, and swallowing disorders in students.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans addressing goals.
• Provide direct therapy to improve articulation, language, social communication, and fluency.
• Participate in IEP meetings and support student academic success.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals.
