Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Highlands Ranch, Colorado, is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role during the 2026–2027 school year. The position is available as full-time or part-time and is on-site at a school setting.

Candidates will evaluate, plan, and deliver services with district and TheraPeds support, serving students across elementary to high school grades. Responsibilities include direct therapy, evaluations, IEP development, progress monitoring, and collaboration

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Active or eligible Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education school-based certification/credential.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually or in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEP goals.
• Evaluate progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, families, and the school team.
• Support AAC and other communication needs as appropriate.
• Attend IEP, eligibility, reevaluation, and interdisciplinary team meetings.
