Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time, in-person Speech-Language Pathologist to support student communication and academic success in a school setting. You will work closely with students, educators, and families to deliver essential therapeutic services and interventions, helping learners reach their fullest potential.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in SLP, state licensure or eligibility, and CCC-SLP preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current state SLP licensure or eligibility to obtain.
• CCC-SLP preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered.
• Experience with school-aged children in educational settings.
• Proficiency in assessment, intervention, and documentation for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct, evidence-based speech-language therapy to a caseload of students in-person.
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments, develop IEPs, and monitor student progress.
• Collaborate with teachers, multidisciplinary teams, and families to support student goals and classroom success.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with school and state requirements.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on student progress and accommodations.
• Provide consultative support and resources for educators and caregivers.
