Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Boston, MA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver high-quality services in a school-based setting.

You will evaluate and treat students, collaborate with teachers and families, develop IEP goals, and maintain clinical records. Requires Master's in SLP, state licensure, CCC or CFY eligibility, and pediatric experience. On-site role with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP.
• ASHA CCC or eligibility for CFY.
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged clients.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative educational team.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide direct therapy services and document ongoing student progress
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support academic success
• Develop IEP goals and participate in meetings as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical records
• Adapt therapy approaches to engage diverse learners and meet each childs unique needs
