Job summary

Soliant Education seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to support students in Michigan in an onsite role. You will assess, plan IEPs, and provide therapy across grade levels while collaborating with teachers and families.

Flexible full-time or part-time schedules are available, with travel within the area encouraged. Join a multidisciplinary team dedicated to student success and a positive school environment.

Qualifications

• Active Michigan licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• K-12 school-based experience is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
• Willingness to travel to the area and work onsite.
• Open to both full-time (35 hours/week with 7-hour days) and part-time schedules, provided consistent full days can be committed.
• Ability to adapt to different caseloads, with efforts made to match assignments to your skills and preferences.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services to students across various grade levels
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to support student progress
• Maintain timely and compliant documentation of services and progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
