Qualifications

• Active Michigan Speech-Language Pathology license required or in process.
• Experience in school settings preferred and beneficial.
• Ability to work with elementary to high school students and collaborate with educators and families.

Responsibilities

• Assess students speech, language, and communication needs using screenings and formal evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned to student goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support progress and inclusive learning.
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes with timely documentation.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP development.
• Deliver individual and group therapy across elementary to high school levels.
• Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology.
