Job summary

Clarifi Staffing Solutions is partnering with a Michigan school district to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP). This full-time, school-based role focuses on helping students strengthen communication skills to support academics and social interaction.

As part of the special education team, you will assess, treat, and monitor progress, create and monitor IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to ensure consistent language support across classrooms.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
• Active or eligible Michigan SLP license.
• ASHA CCC-SLP credential preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement, and monitor IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings and progress monitoring.
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver direct speech and language services to students with diverse needs.
• Maintain documentation per district and state guidelines.
• Support articulation, language development, fluency, voice, and social communication.
• Collaborate with teachers and families to reinforce communication strategies.
