Soliant Health is partnering with a school in Blissfield, MI to hire a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26-27 school year. This role supports students' communication goals in an education setting.

Requirements include Michigan LARA licensure; both ASHA-Certified candidates and Clinical Fellows will be considered. Compensation ranges from $48 to $57 per hour, with benefits including health, vision and dental insurance and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Conduct informal and standardized assessments to determine students' speech therapy needs.
• Update progress reports to show movement toward IEP goals.
• Write evaluation reports in accordance with state and federal mandates.
• Develop IEP goals in collaboration with District staff and families.
• Present evaluation reports and IEP goals at meetings.
• May supervise Clinical Fellows, student interns, or SLPAs in some cases.

Soliant is working with a school in the area of Blissfield, MI, and is seeking a full-time contract Speech-Language Pathologist for the 26-27 school year.

Requirements:

• Both ASHA-Certified candidates and Clinical Fellows will be considered
• SLP license from Michigan's Board of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

Pay and Benefits:

• Hourly W2 pay of $48 to $57/hr, dependent on experience
• Health, vision and dental insurance
• Paid sick leave, accrued at the rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked
• Employer-matched 401(k)

As a Speech-Language Pathologist in an education setting, clinicians will:

• Conduct both informal and standardized assessments to determine students' level of speech therapy needs
• Updating progress reports to ensure that students are moving towards their IEP goals
• Write reports based on evaluation results, in accordance with state and federal mandates
• Develop IEP goals in collaboration with District staff and families
• Present evaluation reports and IEP goals at meetings
• In some cases, SLPs may be called upon to supervise Clinical Fellows, student interns (at both the graduate and undergraduate level), and SLPAs
