Job summary

E-Therapy in Dearborn Heights, MI is seeking a qualified on-site School Speech-Language Pathologist to support K-12 students. The role requires a Master's in SLP, Michigan licensure, and ASHA certification; start ASAP; full-time 37.5 hours weekly; compensation starts at $50/hour.

You will conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, provide direct services, collaborate with teachers and families, participate in IEP meetings, and document progress.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (MI).
• Current ASHA certification required.
• Experience in K-12 or pediatric settings preferred.
• Teletherapy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of students' speech, language, and communication abilities.
• Develop individualized therapy plans and goals based on assessment results.
• Provide direct therapy services targeting articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student goals.
• Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and document findings.
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on communication needs.
