TheraPeds Partners in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based position for the 2026-2027 school year. This on-site role supports elementary through middle school students with a manageable caseload and collaboration with educators and families.

The role offers guaranteed hours, competitive pay of $55-$70 per hour based on experience, and strong district and internal support.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure
• Colorado Department of Education credential for school-based practice
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision available

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in groups
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments
• Develop and monitor individualized IEP goals
• Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies using data
• Provide consultation to teachers, staff and families
• Support articulation, language, fluency, AAC, and related needs
• Document progress and maintain required reports
• Participate in IEP and multidisciplinary team meetings
• Collaborate with school professionals to support student success
• Manage assigned caseload and documentation
