Job summary

TheraPeds Partners in Northglenn, CO is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, on-site role offers guaranteed hours, dedicated planning time, and a manageable caseload to support students' communication development.

You will provide individual and small-group therapy, develop IEP goals, conduct evaluations, and collaborate with teachers and families. Benefits include competitive pay and professional development.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Active or eligible Colorado licensure as SLP.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred.
• Knowledge of IEPs, evaluations, eligibility, and service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and intervention plans.
• Conduct evaluations and reevaluations and interpret results.
• Collect data, monitor progress, and complete progress reports.
• Develop IEP documentation and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and related-service providers.
• Provide classroom strategies and maintain accurate service records.
