Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure in the state of assignment
• CCC-SLP is preferred and may be required by state/contract
• Meets all federal, state, and local requirements
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current health certificate per contract or state regulation
• Must be at least 18 years of age

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations in the school setting
• Provide and document therapy services according to each student's plan of care
• Adhere to physician orders and professional standards of practice
