Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school setting to perform student evaluations and provide therapy services in accordance with individual plans of care and physician orders.

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure required for state of assignment.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR certification if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate as per contract or state regulation.
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• Perform student evaluations and document therapy services.
• Provide therapy services according to the plan of care.
