Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for school settings to evaluate students and deliver and document therapy services per individualized plans and physician orders.

Required licensure in the state, CCC-SLP preferred; adherence to professional standards; CPR/health documents as applicable; 18+ years old. This is a contract–Full Time in a school setting with competitive pay and benefits including health/dental/vision and a 401(k).

Qualifications

• Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required.
• CCC-SLP preferred and may be required by state/contract.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform student evaluations.
• Provide and document therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each student and physician’s orders.
