Job summary

Soliant Health seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to serve students in a supportive school setting near Oak Park, MI. This contract, full-time role runs from August 24, 2026, to June 16, 2027, with a consistent 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm, including a 30-minute unpaid lunch.

You will deliver direct therapy, assess and develop plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, parents, and the IEP team to support students' communication growth

Qualifications

• Hold a valid SLP-CCC credential.
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation abilities.
• Genuine passion for fostering language and communication growth in children and adolescents.
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to a diverse student caseload.
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and professional standards.
• Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and school staff to align interventions across environments.
• Participate in IEP meetings, evaluations, and other multidisciplinary team activities as needed.
