Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to support students near the Fort Hood, TX area on a contract basis. The role offers either full-time or part-time schedules and the chance to make a meaningful impact within a school setting under licensed SLP supervision.

You will provide direct and indirect services, help implement IEPs, participate in team meetings, adapt therapy for diverse ages, and maintain accurate progress records.

Qualifications

• Active Texas state SLPA license required by the start date
• School-based SLPA experience preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and caseload needs
• Demonstrated commitment to creating an inclusive, positive educational atmosphere

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP
• Implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and assist with documentation
• Participate in team meetings, collaborating with educators, families, and other specialists
• Adapt therapy approaches to suit individual student needs and diverse age ranges
• Maintain accurate records and report on student progress
• Foster a supportive and engaging environment for all learners
