Job summary

Soliant is seeking a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a full-time onsite contract position serving elementary students in Crowley, TX. The role involves delivering direct services primarily in groups, under the supervision of a licensed SLP, with a schedule from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm through the end of May 2027.

You will collaborate with staff to support IEP goals, document progress, and help create a positive, inclusive school environment.

Qualifications

• Texas SLPA license (TDLR) required.
• Experience or interest in school-based therapy.
• Provide group and individual direct services for elementary students.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language services to a caseload of 70-80 elementary students.
• Implement treatment plans under supervision of supervising SLP.
• Document student progress and therapy sessions per school/state guidelines.
• Support IEP goals and participate in team meetings as needed.
• Contribute to a positive and engaging school atmosphere.
