Soliant is seeking an SLPA to support students' communication goals in Texas schools. The position offers flexible full-time and part-time contract options with a collaborative educational team and a manageable caseload.

Ideal candidates enjoy working with children and thrive in team environments. You will provide direct speech-language support under licensed SLPs, implement IEPs, and contribute to screenings, assessments, and data collection.

Qualifications

• Active Texas SLPA license required by start date.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Detail-oriented with a student-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language support services under the supervision of licensed SLPs.
• Implement IEPs and document progress.
• Assist in screenings, assessments, and data collection.
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records and follow district and state guidelines.
