Job summary

Diagnostic Assessment Services, Inc. seeks a Speech Language Pathology Assistant to support students and families in charter schools within Texas. You will assist the supervising SLP, deliver services aligned to IEP goals, and collaborate closely with teachers and staff to foster student progress.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited college or university.
• Current Texas state license as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant.
• 2–3 years of experience in a school setting is a plus.
• Strong organization, planning, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in managing an existing caseload via campus evaluation teams and collaboration with parents and teachers.
• Provide skilled planned therapy based on IEP goals developed by the supervising SLP.
• Prepare clinical materials and support communication activities in the classroom.
• Document student performance and report progress to the supervising SLP.
• Maintain accurate records and file all required documents.
• Attend scheduled meetings and in-services.
