Job summary

Soliant in Fontana, CA is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to support a diverse school caseload of about 55 students and collaborate with educators and families to advance communication goals.

The contract role requires a valid SLP license and CCC, school-based pediatric experience, and comfort with teletherapy. CFY candidates are welcome. 35 hours/week, benefits, and immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license and CCC required.
• Strong background in school-based SLP services.
• Experience with pediatric populations.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms a plus.
• New SLP graduates welcome (CFY considered).
• Solid communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to adapt therapy methods based on student needs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to a caseload of approximately 55 students.
• Evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with special education staff, teachers, and parents to support student progress.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal setting.
• Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and district standards.
• Use teletherapy when appropriate to reach and support all learners.
• Stay updated on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology.
