Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated School-based Speech-Language Pathologist to support a single campus with a close-knit caseload. You’ll work under a Lead SLP to implement individualized strategies and evidence-based interventions that help students thrive.

The contract runs ASAP through May 12th on a 7.5-hour day, Monday–Friday, providing a predictable school-year schedule and the opportunity to collaborate with teachers and families to improve communication outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Valid Texas SLP licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage a diverse caseload independently and prioritize tasks.
• Commitment to evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy to approximately 55 students on one campus.
• Assess, develop, and implement IEP goals tailored to student needs.
• Monitor progress and maintain detailed data and reports in accordance with district and state requirements.
• Consult with the Lead SLP, teachers, and families to ensure holistic student support.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights for optimal student outcomes.
• Provide guidance to educators regarding communication supports and classroom strategies.
• Complete required documentation in a timely, organized manner.
