Job summary

Soliant is seeking a skilled speech-language pathologist for a contract opportunity in California, offering both on-site and teletherapy options. You will assess and treat students with communication disorders, develop IEP goals, and document progress in coordination with educators and families.

You will deliver services in-person and via teletherapy, collaborating with teachers and support staff to support diverse pediatric populations and meet district requirements.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Current state licensure for speech-language pathology or eligibility.
• ASHA CCC preferred; CFY candidates welcome.
• Experience with IEP processes, assessments, and therapy documentation.
• Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology; proactive communication.
• Collaborative with interdisciplinary teams and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessment and therapy for students with communication disorders.
• Develop, implement, and document IEP goals and progress in compliance with school/district requirements.
• Deliver both in-person and virtual speech therapy sessions, adapting techniques to student needs.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize student success.
• Monitor and adjust interventions, maintaining accurate and timely records.
• Attend meetings and contribute clinical expertise to school-based initiatives.
