Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, school-based role in Monument, Colorado for the 2026–2027 school year. The position is on-site, with a pay range of $56.50–$71.75 per hour.

You will provide direct therapy, evaluate students, develop IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists. The role includes guaranteed hours and strong support from both the district and TheraPeds Partners.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active or eligible for Colorado SLP licensure.
• Colorado Department of Education credential for school-based practice.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
• CF-SLP candidates may be considered with supervision.
• Experience working with children; school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on data.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and other school staff.
• Support students with AAC, articulation, language, and related needs.
