Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, short-term school-based opportunity in Parker, Colorado, for the 2026–2027 school year. You will work on-site with students, collaborating with district staff and the TheraPeds team to support language and communication goals.

You will conduct assessments, develop IEPs, provide direct therapy, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational, documentation, case-management, and time-management skills.
• Proficient in use of technology for documentation and service delivery.
• Ability to collaborate with school staff and parents with tact and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support students with articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, social/pragmatic communication, and other needs.
• Monitor student performance and collect data to measure progress.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility, reevaluation, and interdisciplinary team meetings.

Education

Master's or doctoral degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

State License as Speech-Language Pathologist

Department of Education Licensure as a SLP

National License: ASHA

Licensing with the State Department of Education, where required
