Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a full-time, on-site Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a school-based role in Watkins, CO. The position involves direct therapy, assessments, IEP development, progress evaluation, and collaboration with teachers, therapists, and parents.

Ideal candidates hold a Master's or PhD in Speech-Language Pathology with valid SLP licensure and ASHA credentials (CCC preferred). In-person role with guaranteed hours and a supportive TheraPeds team network.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• State license as Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Department of Education licensure as a SLP.
• National license: ASHA (CCC)
• Licensing with the State DOE as required.
• CF-SLP placement may be available.
• Experience working with children.
• Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required.
• Organizational and time management skills.
• Fingerprint background clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services to students.
• Conduct assessments and develop IEP plans.
• Evaluate progress and adjust therapy accordingly.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapists, educators, parents).
• Direct therapy, consultation, evaluations, and case management.
• Manageable caseloads with guaranteed hours.
