Job summary

TheraPeds Partners is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Monument, Colorado for the 2026-2027 year. This is a full-time, on-site position with guaranteed hours and a structured schedule aligned to the school calendar.

You will provide direct therapy, evaluations, IEP goal work, and collaboration with educators and families to support student communication needs.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD degree from a Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Active or eligible for Colorado Speech-Language Pathologist licensure.
• ASHA CCC-SLP preferred; CF-SLP considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students individually and in small groups.
• Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized IEP goals.
• Evaluate student progress and adjust intervention strategies based on data.
• Provide consultation and support to teachers, special education staff, and families.
• Support students with articulation, phonology, receptive and expressive language, fluency, voice, social/pragmatic communication, and AAC if appropriate.
• Monitor student performance and collect data to measure progress.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation and progress reports.
• Participate in IEP, eligibility and multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, therapists and administrators.
