Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking Speech-Language Pathologists for a school-based role in Burnsville, North Carolina for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll provide speech-language services to students in a K-12 setting to support communication and learning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• School-based experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
