Ampersand Therapy LLC is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a Wilmington, NC school-based role. You will deliver speech-language therapy in a K-12 setting, conduct assessments, and support IEP goals while collaborating with teachers and families.

Qualifications

• Valid North Carolina State SLP license (or ability to obtain).
• NC Education License from NCDPI eligible once state license obtained.
• Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders.
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
