Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist in Eden, NC for a full-time school-based role for the 2026-2027 year. You'll provide therapy services, write evaluation reports, and support IEP goals in a K-12 setting.

Qualifications

• North Carolina license or ability to obtain NC license
• NC Licensure eligibility from NCDPI upon state licensure
• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• School-based experience preferred, not required

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy in a K-12 setting
• Conduct assessments and write evaluation reports
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
• Support articulation, language, fluency, and social communication goals
• Collaborate with teachers and families to support carryover
• Maintain documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
