Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a school-based role in Concord, NC. You will provide speech-language therapy to students in a K-12 setting, help develop and implement IEP goals, and collaborate with teachers and families to ensure skill carryover.

We welcome both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows (CFs) with strong mentorship. This is a full-time position for the 2026-2027 school year with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• CFs (Clinical Fellows) encouraged to apply.

Responsabilités

• Provide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting.
• Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports.
• Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams.
• Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication.
• Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills.
• Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records.
• Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
