Ascend Rehab Services Inc is seeking a School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to support K–12 students in the South Bay area. You will conduct evaluations, provide direct therapy, and help develop IEP goals in collaboration with teachers and school staff.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• CA SLP license (or eligibility) required.

• Experience or interest in pediatric/school-based populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group) for students with diverse communication needs.
• Develop and implement IEP goals related to speech, language, social communication, and pragmatics.
• Collaborate with teachers, OTs, psychologists, and school staff to support student success.
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate with families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in line with school guidelines.
• Support use of AAC and other assistive technologies as needed.
